TRACKS - Black Submarine, 'Rope Soul'd'

The Black Ships - AKA Nick McCabe, Simon Jones and co - are now known as Black Submarine... wikipedia usefully informs me they changed name due to a dispute with another band who had trademarked the name.

The change in name has little effect on the glorious music they keep on putting up on Sound Cloud... 'Rope Soul'd', below is a perfect example.  I guess we're just waiting on an album and some more shows!

TRACKS - Stumbleine, 'Fade Into You'

Firstly, sorry for the lack of posts, I have been over in New York amongst other things!  There has been so much cool music to get on top of, but I wanted to start with this magical track called 'Fade Into You' by Stumbleine.  I don't know much about them other than they're from the UK and have been around since the end of 2010 (well that's when they started their Facebook page! Ha!).

This is exactly what I love - it feels like it's constantly building and has a wonderful heart-tugging melancholy underpinning it's deep sense of hope.  What a beauty. It's on the band's new album, 'Spiderwebbed' which is out now and you can get yourself a copy from their BandCamp page.
